Default BBK short mid pipe #1510 does not fit!

I was installing my new BBK long tube headers, and I have the headers bolted up and the motor dropped back down, and the mid pipe does not fit the headers???? This is the correct part too, its supposed to fit the headers.

Had the same problem, had to use quite a bit of force (Read, foot on pipe), but was able to get it to fit. After it was tightened up the first time, every reinstall has required no force.

Damn, it mus take a ton of force, I can barely even move it, and its like a full inch narrow of the right header.

Yeah, it was odd, I don't understand why it was like that. You don't have the opposite side tightened down any do you?
