Question (1986 LX) 3.8L V6--->5.0L V8

I was wondering what problems I could have dropping a 5.0L into my 1986 LX....wich came stock with a 3.8L V6. I would also like to know what I might have to upgrade. Pls e-mail me with your thoughts, ideas, or suggestions.

Thanks

If I am not mistaken, those v6's had a different K member ? If so you would need a v8 k member and motor mounts for that 5.0.

I know about the motor mounts...but what about the transmission? Can it handle a 5.0 or would i need to replace it?
