87 lx 5.0 conversion. 87 5.0 motor harness and ecu with MAF addon.

Problem- Recently i was driving my car to work and upon barely tapping the clutch pedal assembly my volt meter, temp gauge, and rpm gauge would needle jump. Volts would actually go down like a load on the car. Sometimes would actually turn the car off then back on like a failing ground on ignition. Took off the neutral switch from pedal assembly to see if it was burned at the switch no problem there. Any Ideas?

Recent work- Multi function switch High beam switch burned up havent replaced it but wired the regular lights together behind the plug. New Shorties all the way back exaust. Wires, plugs.

check under the dash first since all your wiring under there, other then that kinda lost.......

Check all the ground points and wires in engine bay.A search may find the locations for these.Also the dash/gauges circuits may have lost the ground to them so I'd check for that possibility too.You'll probably need a wiring manual to locate ground point locations

Update- this morning car sat for Thanksgiving so on a very cold morning i didn't need to use the gas pedal at all. So I'm wondering if possibly the ecu is fried. Still having issues disconnected the instrument cluster and ran the car still problem exist. Checked the engine bay of ground issues none found cept that my battery on the neg terminal is starting to leak.
