How much performance improvement with ram air and cold air induction?

How much better performance will you notice with ram air and cold air induction??

what year do you have? GT or 6? you can get from 5-10 hp, and throttle response like you wouldnt believe.. but some years have more restrictive air boxes than others. By ram-air, i hope you dont mean one of those little plastic tubes that mounts under your bumper... you'll suck up nothing but sand & water. I dont regret the money I paid for my BBK CAI ... does that help any? lol

I actually have a 89' GT that is pretty much stock and I have many plans to do to my car. The only issue is the money. The first thing I am going to get is the BBK CAI and then I am going to get a off road H pipe.
