Angry 94 Mustang GT turns over but will not start

I have a 94 Mustang GT...bought the car new...ran great....came home one day & car was sputtering...thought maybe bad gas...next day car would not start...upon advice from local Ford dealership I replaced the main computer in the passenger kickpanel & also the fuel relay that is found underhood by the radiator...the car turns over but will not start or run...I am hoping someone else may be able to shed some light on this subject....Car is mostly stock...has flowmaster exh & off road pipes...otherwise is bone stock...need help badly

Are you getting spark and fuel? These are the main components for the engine to run. Do you get a sound from the fuel pump when you first turn your key on? Have checked to make sure you have fuel pressure? I need to know these things to try and give a diagnosis.

the pick-up coil ground wire can be broken or loose and causing this to happen..
I would recommend the Ignition control module, but you you said you're getting spark... both of these are distributor faults...

bring # 1 piston to TDC on compression stroke, check that the ignition rotor is at the # 1 terminal, and the crank is at TDC. this makes sure nothing changed in the timing(ie. dist turned, timing chain jumped-rare)

also check the condition of the cap and rotor.

Default couple of things...

Not too much to go on, but here are some thoughts.

1) I had this problem after it rained (and washing my car). Cracks in the boot, bad wires--replaced them no problems. Check your spark plug wires-- you could be getting spark, but they're grounding out.

2) How did you check your fuel? How do you know you're getting fuel? Similar symptom I'm truck a few years ago--bad fuel filter. Gradually started running worse and worse, cutting out (but running at low speed) and then eventually quitting--bad fuel filter.

3) Clean your MAF

4) Is your car charging?

Turning over with spark and not starting is usually a sign of no fuel. Like posted above, can you hear the fuel pump? If not have somebody stand behind the car while you turn the key (don't start it, but you should be able to hear a slight whine.)

I'm guessing fuel filter....

Check the Fuel Regulator to make sure its on. Also check for fuel pump. Make sure it isnt dead. There is a switch in your trunk on the drivers side. Push it then try.
