Default Trick Flow Track Heat Heads What pistons?

Hi do Trick Flow Track Heat head require special pistons or do most flat top pistons like probe work fine with a cam lift of around .500 or lower? Do these heads use the same design as twisted wedge?

They're the same design as the TWs. Most flat top pistons will work with a mild cam, but if you're getting new pistons you might as well get TW specific pistons then you'll have clearance for more cam in the future. Most major piston companies make TW specific pistons.

I use these:

They're a very nice fully skirted light piston made for Trick Flow by Arias.

Yes, same design, I use these heads on my stock block, I have an e303 cam with 1.7 rockers and no clearance issues. Trick flows states cams upto .550 lift but springs are good to .600 lift just depends on your pistons. My lift is around .528
