After replacing my own I wouldn't want to do it twice. They arent that expensive and do come with new boots and inner tie rods. The most frustrating part with the engine still installed is turning the power steering fluid lines. Do not overtighten them. It can be tough to get the inner tie rods seperated from the outer tie rods. It can be debated whether or not if it's easier to remove the outer tie rod from the spindle and seperate the two outside the vehicle.
The only thing that sucks is you need to return old one to the part store for a core charge. You may want to degrease rack area so it's clean while it's out.
