hi i was browsing around in the junkyard, and i saw a camaro i think it was mid or early 80's.... anyways this car has traction bars on it (the things that clamp on to the leaf springs) i think they are called traction bars anyways.... will these bars fit my 88 5.0??

No, they are the leaf spring type and the Mustang does not use leaf springs. There is a similar version available from Lakewood (aka Mr. Gasket) that look similar and clamp to the axle tubes. However, the most common type are the bars that replace the lower control arms. Southside Machine, Edelbrock, BBK are just some of the types.
