I'm in the Southern California area and I'm trying to swap in a 302 into my Mustang. I know about the laws, I will head straight to the referee station right after it's dropped in. The only problem is, I might not have the time to swap the car in anymore because of school. The engine will need to be overhauled also... I have all of the parts I need to make the swap, just need labor. Anyone know how much this swap would cost, if I decided to do this. If any of you guys own a shop and are local to me (and is willing to do this to an SN95), let me know!

There is 1320 Dragworks in Industry they do mostly imports but can handle a mustang. Roman one of the guys down there used to work for us here at California Mustang and has done everything from 66 shelby GT 350 look a likes to 240 sx JDm spec. Call him at home 909-923-2932

Try Saunders Automotive in San Dimas. Ask for Kevin, he owns the shop. Tell him Stretch sent you. He races and has done lots of work like this.
