Default Drivetrain problem

I am hearing a funny clicking sort of noise comming from either my driveshaft or rear-end when i accelerate in the lower rpms, is there somthing back there that I may need to lubricate or check? it only last maybe a second before it goes away and usually happens as i accelerate out of a turn

Securely raise the rear end completely off the ground, have someone rev the motor in gear, and check for that noise.
