I am slowly rebuilding the good old 79 Ghia and I need some advice.

I got some cheap (standard) heads offered from a 1968 302 engine. The heads are in good condition, but is this an interesting swap to plan. Probably I would have to change the stock intake + carb as well if I would make this swap, but I am just wondering if somebody did such a swap and if he is satisfied with the result or is porting the stock 1979 head a better option to go for?

Last point concerns manifold intake and carb. Which are have the best value for money for the setup mentioned above?

not really any advantage to that swap,you may just want to port those heads or better yet just buy a set of afrs if the budget allows
