Hey guys I have been looking online and I have come to the conclusion that I am not going to find a much, except for outrageous prices like $595 for a compressor....... I couldnt believe when I saw that one. Anyway, does anyone know of a decent place to find new or used A/C parts? I am going to check out some shops today hopefully, and see what they can do. I have to find my leak first and then I can replace some parts. Thanks guys.

was yours originally an r-134a system or was it r-12? I have heard that when you convert the systems over, they leak slowly no matter what, becauser-12 molecules are bigger and r-134a can seep out of the seals which were conditioned for the r-12. Im gonna try and find my leak and ill message you soon. I want to find where its leaking first though, ill be in touch.

you can try stangparts.com, but the parts are all stuff that have had nothing done to them . As in, its a big mustang junkyard here in ga that sells the parts. or rebuildable mustangs. I got an ac compressor from them, not needing anything but the clutch, and it was bad too, so its kinda like take your chances. Anyone have an ac clutch they wanna sell? Im still needing one of those myself.
Actually I have an A/C clutch, Im pretty sure Im not gonna need. I bought it on eBay and then realized that it wasnt my clutch. As soon as I figure out whats up with my A/c, Ill PM you and maybe we can work something out.
Ghost: Im not sure what I need yet, hopefully within the next few days Ill get an idea. Ill keep in touch.
