broken output shaft on tremec 3550

Some guiy is selling a tremec 3550 with broken output shaft. i am thinking about buying it but dont know the detail of fixing the broken output shaft. does anybody know if anything else could be wrong with the tranny besides the output shaft?

Gears and bearings could be damaged.
