rear drive shaft socket???

What type of socket do you need to remove the drive shaft from a 89 mustang??

You must use a wrench. It's a 12 pt 12mm. I use the closed side of larger wrench on the open end for leverage.

It's almost impossible to remove with only one wrench. The sockets I have tried never fit.

If you want to make it really easy..go on the snap on truck and get a socket for a headbolt on a mazda..it is a 12mm socket 12 pt and about 8 inches long with a 3/8 drive...makes the job very simple.
