Default throttle bodie and intake question?????

i have an 88 5.0 gt and i bought a professional products 65mm throttle bodie and i am buying a typhoon intake soon and the opening on that intake is 70mm and i dun realy wonna buy a 70mm throttle bodie and egr all over agian if i dun need to soo does any one no if a 65mm throttle and egr will work with the 70mm opening on a typhoon intake and if i dun end up getting the 70mm t/b and i put the 65mm t/b on cuz thats wut ill prob doo.. will it effect my performance vs. buying a 70mm and having matching air flow throow the plenum????????? also after i installed the 65mm throttle bodie like a month ago on my stock intake when i started it up the ideal jumped right up to 2000rpm and stade there steady but when i unplugged the iac vavle it dropped down to normal so i left it unplugged? is it bad to leave the iac unplugged.... and does it effect my performace becuz now when i really hit the gas it kindof hesitats alil???? should i leave it alone or jus buy a new iac vavle????? and as of right now my motor is blown and the car is at a shop and me my dad and the mechanic are descussing some crate engines and the guy mentioned a jasper crate engine with an e303 cam and some kind of cast iron good flowing heads but not gt40ps or anything.... soo i was wondering when i get this motor installed or another crate motor better then the jasper will the typhoon intake work well with it becuz im either getting the jasper motor or probaly gonna end up jus rebuilding my motor and put a cam in it and port the e7s????? cuz im am sure as hell not paying $600 bills for an intake when i can get typhoon for $285 and people talk **** about this intake all the time when it is identical to the eldebrock rpm intake soo i would like to no if this is a good intake for this combo im thinking about?......... below are my current mods.......
