How much gap between valve spring and rocker when both valves are closed? Im in the process of getting the right pushrods because the ones I got were too short. I have an adjustable pushrod and I wanted to get the right gap between the rocker arm and the valve spring.
Currently the car runs but there is a gap between the rocker and valve spring. The rocker barely hits when the valve should be almost all the way closed.
How much gap should be between the rocker arm and the valve spring when both valves are closed? I would be using a feeler gauge.
