HP and Torque gains with GT40 heads?

About how much RWtorque and RWHP will I gain with JUST adding the regular cast iron GT40 heads (not the GT40P's, X's or Y's!)?

And about how much RWHP and Torque TOTAL will I have by adding these mods

1.7 roller rockers
E303 Cam
GT40 Heads
cobra intake
24lb/hr injectors
155lhp fuel pump

btw, I have a 94 GT stock with the exeption of a K&N filter and 2400 stall torque converter
