Default Cam Question, In Need of Help......

I'm looking to get the best cam to use on the street, and help with this would be great. This is what I'm working with now, TFS TW Heads, SVO 1.72 stud mounted roller rockers, Cobra intake, cold air(fender), 65mm TB, 73mm MAF, underdrive pullies, crane ignition, soon to be upgraded distributor. I would like something that would have a light rough idle, enough to know there's a cam there, along with street performance.

I just installed a trickflow stage 1 cam and it runs freakin awesome. I has a really good mean idle, idles pretty good and makes a lot more power than stock. I highly recommend it.

What part number for the stage 1 cam from trick flow? what about piston to valve clearance? Also, what about ford e303 or b303 cam?

I have a F303 in my 93 cobra engine. It has a pretty rough idle to it, it lacks low end, but pulls really hard from 4000 up.
