Default wheel hop

Ok this has been a problem on my car since i bought it, but now it is really gettin on my nerves. It wheel hops horribly when you do a burnout, but it doesnt at take off at all. I just thought i would hit yall up before I go buy new suspensoin stuff. Any help would be appreciated.

Better shocks , cantrol arms , and springs will take care of the problem . When I switched to the eibach drag launch springs , it eliminated my wheelhop problems . It has an air bag in the pass rear spring . After you play with the pressure and figure it out you'll be getting smooth burnouts

As you can see by my avatar

Another thing you can try is lift bars. These replace the lower control arms and are welded to the axle. You'll want subframe connectors, though as these things plant the rear tires and lift the rest of the car (going forward) to aid in traction. Trust me, these things will make the tires get some traction...then it just depends on what tires you have.

Only downfall to the lift bars is that since they are welded to your axle, you'll feel every little pothole and bump on the road. Small price for traction...

had the same problem.. with slicks had to take off the quad shock for clearance.. was real bad with street tires in the rain..installed a set of Granatelli upper and lower control arms with poly bushings and the wheel hop is gone.
