My problem is some one decided they wanted my 5.0 more(they tried to steal it) than me !!
In the process they cracked my Key-Lock-Housing, Well I went to the Ford Dealer and they said Ford does not make the part
Not to worry... many Mustangs exist at the Junk Yards to get the housing.
Well....only one problem those cars do not have any keys for them, since you need a key to remove the Key Lock Assembly.
How do you remove Key Lock Assembly with out the key....??
I have tried drilling out the pin that you normaly push to remove the Key Lock Assembly and it(from a one at the Junk Yard) did not work.
Note: what ever you do don't let your Mustang get stolen, because they will insert a Dent puller and try to pull out the Key lock Assembly...
For Reference I have a 1991 5.0 LX Hatch back, without tilt stearing and with an AirBag.
