I look behind my lower intake and I couldnt find any sort of vacuum line hanging or like a vacuum line. All i saw was the metal line that goes from the back of each head.
Is it on the front of the intake?
Do you have a digital camera?
Remember I also dont have a smog pump, do i need to plug something up?
I do happen to have a digital camera, the problem is, you can't really see the line. The intake is in the way. I have the GT40 upper and lower intake. Any vacuum leak is going to cause problems though. Good thing to do is go through that chart and check all your vacuum lines. Take a stethoscope and follow the vacuums lines that go from from your intake to wherever. Since it just started after you took off your dash, I would suggest starting there.

Also there is a power steering pressure switch on the pressure side of the hose going to the rack. It is designed to bump up the idle when turning the wheel so the engine won't stall. Check that out.
Diagrams! They give me headaches! Especially when whoever had this car before me f'd everything up. Instead of buying the 10 dollar connector for the cdplayer, they hacked up the factory harness, now im stuck **** hole wires that I had to redo myself.
Is the vaccuum something i would have to see probably under the car, or on top on the sides.
Pics are worth a thoasand dollars (ill pay you on a million year plan), here's a penny for now.
is it a speed density car or mass air? if its mass air try cleaning the meter. and im not sure if anyone answered this already or not but there is not vacuum line for the clutch. it is cable operated. have you tried changing the pcv valve? and make sure its hooked up. not sure bout your car but my car (95 mustang gt) the pcv is in the back of the lower intake. and again. check all vacuum lines.
