What Will Be A Good Cam?

I've 89 Gt 5.0 and I need to know what will be a good cam for my setup. I want a cam that will sound good, lopey at idle and gives power. I will have AFR 165 Heads, Ford Motorsport GT-40 upper/lower intake, cold air intake, MAC Full length headers, flowmaster and 70mm TB. What will be a good cam and why?
