Oil Leak, but where?

Ok heres the deal, I made a post about my car hesitating previously and I got replys that a carb rebuild might do the trick, what it turned out to be was that one of my spark plugs was all gunked up with oil (the second to last spark plug on the left side when facing the car). I replaced all of the spark plugs with bosch platinum 2s but i still want to be able to fix the leak. It was only one valve so any ideas to where the leak is coming from so that it would gunk up the spark plug?

Most likely the valve guides are bad.

Oil on the spark plugs is like 12second5.0 stated, a cylinder head problem usually.
