why is it hella hard for me to put my car into gear

i got an 86 mustang 5.0 5sd wen the car is cold its hella hard for me to put my car into gear and when it get warmed up its gets alittle easier but its still hella at first and second gear it can't b the clucth becuz its a brand new 1 in there so wat should i do u thinnk gear oil will do the trick? or wat should do becuz its not suppose to be that hard to put into gear at all and my traanny fuild is full so let me know

could it be the throwout bearing or did u replace that too?

Not to rule out the obvious, are you sure the clutch cable is moving freely and isnt stretched or your clutch quadrant aren't on their last plastic teeth?

Im Not Sure About The Cable But It Shouldn't B The Clutch Its A Brand New On There All Ready
