about a year ago i bought this 87 5.0 supercharged beauty but there was only one problem when the guy who owned it before me left it out one night with the keys in it. well somebody wanted to drive it i dont blame em. well the next mourn he didnt see his car he called the police. well just so happens that this one side of town is covered with blackmarks and a abandoned mustang.well to make a long story short whoever stole it that night did some damage to it. before i bought it the owner said he thought it was a fuel pump simple i thought. well i took it to the local ford dealership they hooked it up but it didnt read any codes, checked fuel pressure was at 37lbs. basically they didnt have a clue. the car starts, may of jumped time a little bit, but idles when you go to drive it, it barely wants to move just like the fuel pumps shot. I dont know i've heard a couple different people say different things. please anybody with any info on how to get this thing to drive would be greatly apperciated. i still havent got a chance to drive this 400hp monster. If you think it may have jumped timing, then check the timing. Start checking the sensors. Give us a better description of how it acts when you go to drive it. Maybe we can help you better then.

first off, i'm not really mechanically handy i can do the little stuff but this engine has alot of add ons. dont know how to check timing but prev.owner said before got stolen it was running best hes had it. when i go to drive it, it spudders chugs it wont go. only bout 5 mph i kept lettin off gas cause i didnt want to mess up any more.
