| | 93 GT without spark, tried all noid and voltage tests
WOOHOO, first post! Hey everyone, sorry that my first post has to be questions, but im STUMPED!! I have been reading through pages of troubleshooting sheets and diagrams trying to shed some light on the issue, but no luck as of yet. And thanks in advance for the knowledge about to be absorbed.
I have a 93 mustang GT 5.0, The car will turn over and crank all day, but will not get a pulse signal to the coil for it to have fire. I have replaced/checked the following with checked/new and working parts:
distributor, PIP, TFI, coil, computer,ignition switch, checked all fuse links, cleaned and refreshed the grounds, checked continuity through all applicable wires, back probed wires from source to end point.
We have a pulse in the injectors, all normal readings from the TFI(minus the coil signal), as well as pulse from PIP through the TFI. We have searched the harness for broken wires or shorts, And we have even tried an MSD box, but it will not work without a pulse to it.
Any help would be awesome as I would like to drive it sometime this summer lol
