hi everyone im currently thinking on getting a cam on my 91 gt but im undecided if i should go with the b303 of the f303 i dont drive the car much so its not my daily driver, current mods are cold air intake,under drive pullies, bbk shorty headers, offroad h pipes with slp loud mouths 1, so the rest is in stock trim im planing on running with the stock heads for now i will only be porting them for now, will the f303 be good on my stock block?
I also agree as swapping cams is a costly endeavor and timely. The cam will not really do much for you plus the stock valve springs will not enjoy the extra lift.
Stock heads are very big restrictions as well as the stock intake manifold which is even bigger. These stock 5.0 are like little diesels and make power down low and run outta steam at 4.5k rpm.
