Well, i think you have to give us some more information about the car, mods and a better description than "messed up cold or hot".

With what you are telling us it could be anything.

Most of the time problems are simple to solve if you listen to the symptoms and by reading a good tech manual (Chilton or Helms). We also have some good info in our tech forums.

EVP is a problem with the EGR, too much EGR flow, have you tried running it without the EGR hooked up? or just block the passage from the EGR into the intake.

No tach input, could be the wiring from the dist to the EEC, most probably an underhood wiring.

And your mechanic is a moron

Last...please dont use ALL CAPS.

One more thing to check is for CLOGHED cat converter(s), that could also screw EGR flow and be the cause of "MESSED UP"

Flywheel?

Ive *never* seen a flywheel cause a car to be sluggish. OK - sluggish as in NOT MOVE AT ALL because the flywheeel is shattered, but nothing like you describe.

No offense to anyone, but it almost sounds like you have a parts changer instead of a mechanic.

Any more info? Did the mechanic check the muffler bearing to see if it had seized up? What about the clutch fuse and the turn signal fluid?

Sorry, I hope he is wrong, but after Bogart made that comment I looked at all of 91s posts. There does seem to be some sort of pattern there.

Well?
