Default need spark plugs gt 40 heads

i bought a set of cast iron gt 40 heads and dont know what size or heat range spark plugs to run.motor is a stock 88 gt mustang.can anyone help me please?

I would use Autolite #764 gapped at 0.054

I agree with GD.

Autolite is one of the best copper plugs to buy out there, most Mustang users swear by them.

I bought them and love them.
