Default Needs Tips of water pump install

iv had my water pump off about 6 times now ...cant seem to get it to seal..when it dose seal i only drive the car a few times and it leaks again...any tips of geting it to stop leaking?

Make sure you scrape the old gasket from the surface of the block, followed by some sandpaper (600-800 grit). That should give you a smooth surface.

Make sure the gasket is positioned correctly, then use a spare amount of Permatex nonhardening sealer or similar product to adhere the gasket to the water pump. Let the sealer cure enough so the gasket stays put. This will prevent any problems with gasket shift during installation.

Where is it leaking?
Mine is leaking at the back to bolts that hold the plate onto the water pump.
Im on the 3rd pump now,used Felpro gaskets, silicone, no silicone, tacky crap.Still leaks at those two botls at the back.

Any ideas guys?????
