hey i just started to eork on my mustang and im wondering if it was an auto b4 i bought it, its currently stick but i was changen the tranny and i kno thos tranny is from a boneyrd, but is there anyway 2 see what it was when it left factory i tried vin decodeing and looked at a carfax for it but neither says, any ideas?

check out the door tag...it will give you info on what transmission type it is...if the tranny was switched out check under the car write down the tranny marking and it will tell you from there
