Question Upper Intake Vacuum Lines

I have an 87 lx 5.0 5spd I installed and edelbrock upper and lower intake system on it (performer 5.0) I forgot were the lines on the upper in take went. there is 2 lines on the front and four lines for the rear of the upper intake a bought a Haynes repair manual but it seems to not be of any help at all. it Cranks and runs very rough

One of the fittings in the u. intake is for the PCV valve (the one close to the firewal on the bottom, on the drivers side) and then another towards the center of the intake which I believe runs back to the "tree" mounted on the firewall. I have no idea what the other lines are for, mine only has those two fittings/lines. I guess I need to look more closely.
