Talking Stock 5.0 HO Cam specs ?

I'm putting a H.O. Cam from a 5.0 Mustang into my Mercury and I'm wondering what the specs are on it...(lift, duration, etc)

I'd appreciate any information on this...

thanks, guys!

the cams changed, but duration varies significantly due to semi-sloppy grind tolerances. Most come in at 204-212 degrees @ .050" lift. The specs were 266/266 and 276/266 degrees of advertised (.006" lift) duration. The speed density cams had faster ramp rates.
