I hate to sound like an idiot, but have you called Holley/Edelbrock/Demon and asked their opinion? Only reason I'm saying this is because most people are shadetree mechs and what works for them may not work for you...my newbie $0.02.

nope haven't called anyone.. i thought i would see what most guys are running..my carb seems to be really good if your at a stop and have the rpm reving at about 4 grand and let her go...but if i'm driving on the hwy it seems to be boged down....think its just getting to much gas and fauling up .
