I just put a set of those same gaskets on a week ago.
I did not use the washers,the gaskets work just fine.I just kept tightening them each day for a couple days and now they are good.
No leaks and the bolts are not backing out.i check every so often to see if they are.I say don't bother with the washers.It's up to you.
