Roller rockers dont have a torque setting you need to tighten to. They are supposed to be 1/2 to 1 turn after zero lash.

that reply was incorrect, just tighten to 20-25lbs/tq but more importantly read http://www.cranecams.com/?show=techarticle&id=2 for preload procedure from crane
