well, if the
tranny needs rebuilt, that would be the time to do the shift kikt and torque converter.
for a rebuild im not really sure. but for a solid performing AOD, your looking around 1500 - 2000 bucks.
you could also swap in a t5, its really not all that difficult a process.. ill be doing it very soon.
if the car is in great shape, and the price is right, i say go for it.
