Default Window Rollers Scratching Window/Tint

As the title says, the window rollers (I assume) are scratching the tint in two places on both driver and passenger side windows. Is there any way I can replace these with new rollers or do something to the existing ones so that it wont scratch the tint anymore?

Mine is doing the exact same thing but only on the drivers side, passenger side is fine. I have not found a solution to the problem yet. Well to be honest I have not even tried yet

yeah my car does the same, it doesn't scratch the tint itself it just makes a horrible noise and it's embarrasing rolling down the window, but on the ds does it, I'd like to know how to fix that aswell
