What's everybody using to read the codes from the EEC? I'm currently using a A9L unit, but might want it to read codes from the 1993 Cobra EEC as well.

Snap-On, Actron, SunPro, there are many brands and types, some are very cheap with limited features but do the Job, others are equiped with digital displays and more info.
You can even use a digital voltmeter, check our EEC tech section.
I just use a jumper wire, and the "check engine" light.
The jumper wire connections are in the EEC tech section of this site. You can omit the volt meter, and use the CEL, if the car is so equipped.

Waiting to go on: Granatelli lower control arms, and GT40 Iron heads!
Got mine at O'reilly's-about 35 bucks for a digital one so you don't have to count blinks and beeps, came with the book to tell you what each code means
