i have a 87' 5.0 that i finally got running today it runs but rough, i adjested the timing a little to the left and it got better, any suggestions? i think im gonna have to go get another timming light cuz mine doesnt work, could it be a sensor or bad gas, it has been sitting non-runnning for about 2 years

Put some fresh gas in her and see how she runs.

yup.. start with fresh gas and oil.. get it warmed up to operating temp and open it up a couple times to blow all the crap out of it.. Its also possible that the plug wires broke down during storage

the only problem is that i have a full tank of gas, oh whel i will just let it run for a while in my drive way.
