My 91 Gt currently has a stock block with stock heads, cobra intake, aftermarket adj. mass air, k&n, underdrive pulley, shorties w/hpipe and superturbos. I have a t-5 and 4.11+ gear. I just bought the car so it might be lower. I'm planning on adding a Motorsport cam but I am unsure which cam will make the most power with stock heads without modifying rockers etc. I was also planning on adding 24lb injectors, 70mm throttle body and 75mm mass air. Would it be worth adding these extras and what are the comparisons on the motorsport cams for stock applications?
save your money, do not do those mods, and get some heads insted, more bang for the buck, and unless you are pushing 350-400hp, your 19# injectors are good
get the air meter, dont get the 24#er's or the throttle body just yet. and id be saving up to get the heads first before worrying about the cam, the heads are going to limit the effectiveness of the cam you put in, but if you really want to , the e303 would be the best motorsport cam for you with the stock heads.

Yes the 19 injectors are good UPTO 300horsepower, but even on a stock engine, injector upgrade combined with MAS, is almost a guarenteed EXTRA 10-15horsepower - for the price it is a pretty good mod.

best run 14.5 @ 101mph before some of the mods!
if the 19# injector can handle up to 300 hp why would there be any hp increase by switching to 24#ers?
did you see the dyno test a while back in MM&FF? the had a 94 gt with the edelbrock package(heads, intake, cam) and after all that they put on a set of 24# injectors and a 75mm air meter and adj, fpr and then dyno tuned the car, with the fuel upgrasdes and air meter they only got 12 hp. and that was with an engine that had aftermarket heads, intake and cam! so i dont think there is too much to be had on a stock engine. you cant really gaurantee anything.

I recommend sticking with the stock cam right now. It is really a good cam and you can make some nice power with it. Save the money for heads if you want to go that route.
