Default rear disc upgrade?

hello i have rear discs including the axles from a turbo coupe i still need the softlines though. and my drum brakes are nearly gone in back. i was wondering if i can upgrade the back brakes without putting in a larger master cylinder. could i get by temporarily without a upgrade in the front. also do 73mm calipers accept the same pads? cause i will eventually be getting these, a new master cylinder, possibly booster and other parts. alo where can i find a good cheap proportioning valve

Do you have a 4cyl Stang or a 5.0? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I always thought that Turbocoupes & SVOs had 7.5" rear ends where-as the V8 cars have the 8.8" rear end? Which would obviously mean that your parts wouldn't fit?

I bought the SSBC rear disc conversion kit, hella easy to install and it's all new parts. Downside it's like $750. Anyways, maybe you might want to do some research on if the rear ends are the same or not because I really think they aren't (assumming oyu have a 5.0).

axle shafts between 8.8 and 7.5 are the same. my friend at work has rear discs with the stock master and prop valve, i dont know how it stops, but judging from the looks of his car, i wouldnt really want to rely on anything it has in it.
i just got all my disc brake components from autozone, ebay, maximum motorsports, and the classified ads. im goin to do 94+ gt rears with the cobra master.

also all directions ive found stated i must adapt the rear hardlines with the tc softlines. Where can i buy these softlines are they just rear brake lines from a 87-88 tc or 94-95 lines? i really need to buy these

i believe either set of softlines will work. what it meant by "adapt" is that you need to get thread adapters for the end of the lines to properly connect the soft lines. look them up on e bay, you will find them.
