Default what flywheel for clutch?

i'm buying a king cobra clutch kit with pilot bearing and was wondering can i use a cast iron flywheel or is a billet steel a must. the car wont be seeing any high hp, just basic bolt ons. also changing the main seal, is it easy to screw things up. i changed a clutch before on a different 5.0L just never changed seal. and i see people saying i should change it so might as well.

If you're not looking for a super high performance application for the clutch the iron flywheel will be just fine.

When i bought my King Cobra clutch the instructions said the biggest problem for clutch failure was getting the stock cast flywheel machined wrong.I would spend the $200.00 bucks and buy the billet Motorsport flywheel that was made for that clutch. If you do happen to upgrade or blow a shift, the cast flywheel can explode and come right through the floor and take your nuts off.The billet one won't.I bought the billet flywheel and it's holding up to 4000 rpm launchs 12.10 @113 1.58 60ft.
