Default more performance w/1.7's and stock cam?

will i make any more horsepower with 1.7 roller rockers and the stock cam? wont that make the lift of my stock cam go up??and will the idle be ''rougher'' when and if i do this?? i plan on getting some roller rockers and heads soon but just thought id ask my little question.

Yes, you would get more HP. I'd guess with a full roller set of rockers about 10 to 15.

I doubt this would have any effect on the idle.
