Default Newbie question

I just got my car today ( 90 lx notchback), went to turn on the ac, nothing, tried the heater nothing. Seems like the blower motors is not working. Only time air comes out of the vents is when i'm heading down the road? please help a newbie.

P.S great to be a part of the forum.

Check the fuse and if it's fine, check the blower motor. One of the 2 is probably bad.

The speed of the motor is controlled by a set of resistors behind the glove box, check to be sure they are not damaged too. It's a good place to use a 12v battery to jump 12v to the motor to see if it runs........

If that does not work than it looks like you will be removing the dash to try and figure out your problems. Its not hard... just time consuming and lots of little bolts/screws.
