Default Which fuel pump should I select

I have an 89 GT with 173,000 miles and the original 88lph fuel pump. I am trying to decide which of the pumps to run (155, 190, 255). The car is completely stock except for the following:

* Full length headers
* BBK X-pipe
* Force2 Flowmaster catback
* 3.55 gears
* Adjustable fuel pressure regulator and fuel pressure gauge
* subframe connectors
* Short throw shifter and motorsport clutch

The car will probably remain relatively stock for a year or so. With that in mind, what fuel pump should I purchase? I am not sure if there is a downside to running a 255 pump on a stock engine.

190 will be a good choice for up to 375 hp or more

I would recommend a 190 so when you do decide to upgrade the fuel pump will last. You could also go with a 155 if you really wanted to but there is really no point IMO. Basically, 190 FTW.
