Default 95 GT lighter fuse

hey guys,
dropped a freakin penny in my cig lighter (center) yesterday, saw a spark while trying to pry it out, and now both my cig lighters, and my driver power seat wont work !

any ideas where the fuse is located that i need to replace for this, and is it more than one fuse ? or could it be something more than a fuse ?

thankfully the lights, windows and convertible top works, so i can drive it around.

First row on left, opposite side of relays, third from bottom. It should be a 30 amp fuse.
