Default I think it's the battery

I thought it was the underdrive pulleys and the alternator not charging the battery.I put the voltage meter on the battery with the engine off and got 12v reading. Started it and still 12v or 12.5v . Brought the idle up a little (about 1000 rpm) and the alternator is charging at 14.5. Typical with underdrive pulley's I think. Then I take the car out for a good drive. After that I turn the key to the on position and spend about 3 to 5 minutes checking the TPS and it won't start. I think the battery won't hold much of a charge anymore and it is on it's way out.
Did this a few times because I was setting the idle and TPS and it won't start after the key is on for only 5 minutes. That's after taking it for a good ride everytime and charging it. It will start after the ride charging it, but not after the key is on for 5 minutes. Battery on it's way out I think.
What do you think?
Thanks for the help.

Typical with stock pulleys as well. Sounds like your battery is on its way out.
