My top motor stopped working today. It was getting weaker over the last week. I hear a clicking noise coming from the relays when i hit the top switch. I tried a spare motor in it's place, but i get the same problem. Do i need to replace the relays instead? Thanks.

your pumps need oil i think or you need new pumps

sounds like he isnt hearing the pumps. i would try the relay....or check the fuses.
and if indeed you are hearing the pump...then mustang5.0-82 is right. need more fluid.

Not hearing pump kick in. Just clicking from the relays when i hit the top switch. I'll check the fuse next. Tried last night, but couldn't figure out which one it is yet. If that doesn't work I'll replace the relays. Can you get the relays from a shop or do i have to search the junk yard for one? Thanks

Figured it out. Don't replace a bad pump with bad pump. Iordered a new one today. Thanks for the advice. When i get the new one, what's the best way to install it? Do i just hook it up and fill the pump with atf fluid and top it off after running the pump for a few seconds?
