I did the same swap on my 88. not hard at all. the only thing you have to really remember is that your old set up had a EGR spacer with cooling lines going to it. You'll have to cap it off at the coolant hard line. And I believe that your old setup also had a vaccuum line coming up from the cannister on the frame rail to under the old intake.. on the Cobra there is no where to locate in under but there is a spigot right next to where the throttle body is.. Piece of cake...
